  16. A go-green task at home we do is to turn off our heat (or AC, depending on the season) and water heater when we are away from home. This is a lot, since DH travels a lot for work (like, the last two weeks!), and the baby and I travel with him.

  43. I have a NB size light green Bumgenius AIO that I just had to put into the "too small for AJ" pile. Honestly I did not care for it all that well... It seemed to leak through WAY quicker than my homemade fitteds with a cover over top..:( And it was so cute too:(

    I am not sure these count yet since they are not yet ready to get out of the sewing area but I currently am making a bunch of small and medium diapers that include 2 more of the green with snowflakes, 2 more green with triangles, and 2 more green with footbal players.

  87. Another go-green thing we do at home is recycle! We just moved to a house (rather than an apartment) and it's much easier to recycle with a bin sitting in our garage ready to fill... we fill it to the brim every week!!

  123. We turn off our heat/ac when we are working/not home, and then only turn it on again if it is uncomfortable. Since we live in a townhome between two others, we are well insulated and often go for days even in the Utah winter without needing our heat!
