ReplyDeleteWe use Purex Free Clear. I know it's not recommended because of the brighteners, but we've had no problems after 18 months of washings. I really wish there were other cloth approved options readily available in our area.

ReplyDeleteI use the Planet Ultra detergent. But I think I am going to try Charlie's when this runs out.
ReplyDeleteI use Kirkland environmentally friendly detergent from Costco. It works really well and is well priced. According to Costco it "features biodegradable cleaning agents and plant based formulas; contains no phosphates, dyes, optical brighteners or bleaches." So it seems like a good choice.
