Right now I don't have a sprayer... But I also exclusively breastfeed. I don't worry about the messy diapers too much because of the BFing. Typically i might rinse them off first, but ill put them in first before I wash them for 2 or 3 soaks just to make sure. I know I'll probably need a sprayer or something if when the baby starts eating something other than breastmilk

I use flushable liners. They have worked fine but it would be nice to have a sprayer. I hear great things about them.

I am just starting to cloth diaper my 4 month old and will probably be using the "dunk and swish" method. Although...that sprayer looks super helpful!

i don't yet have to mess with much more than runny messy diapers from a breast fed baby but I know I'm gonna need a diaper sprayer soon!!!!!
I use flushable liners.
I have not dealt with messy diapers YET. I am due April 13 and will deal with them then. We are using the Gro Baby system and can't wait!
I reviewed Kushies liners!
I use a liner or dunk and swish (can be rather gross)...a diaper sprayer would be so nice and probably more sanitary :)!
I have been cloth diapering for close to 5 months.

with my 2 yr old, his "mess" falls right off... but my 3month old's messy diapers get a quick soak before washing, or if we have some flushable liners on hand we use those....BF poopies are not so bad, but when he gets onto solids, i hope to have a sprayer....or else yuck!

On the fb page, I commented on the discussion "What is your favorite diaper shop?"
Right now, I rinse the diapers in the toilet and I hate it. It's what I remember my mom doing 19 years ago with my baby brother. I've really wanted a diaper sprayer, but didn't want to put out the money for some reason.
I have used cloth diapers now for about 10-12 months off and on. I'd like to be consistent in using them, but started with GroBaby when they first came out and was pretty unhappy with them. I was more happy with the prefold diapers, pins, and plastic covers. I just assumed all cloth diapers weren't as great as I was expecting. Then I was encouraged to try bumgenius one size and love them. Now I'm getting back into them.
I purchased the smartipants from the bulk cloth diaper site. I ordered them 3/21/10 (it may have went through on 3/20/10, not sure, it was around midnight. The order number is #AB-1270.

I still have 4 months to decide between liners and/or the sprayer. I've collected 2.5 days worth of cloth diapers over the past 4 months... looking forward to July 21, 20210!! - new mom.
Right now my daughter is still ebf so i just throw the poopies in the washer to rinse them. Would love a sprayer for when they get ickier though lol!
I have been cloth diapering for about a month. I would never go back to sposies. Wish i had started cd sooner!
I use a flushable liner.

I have a breastfed newborn, so I don't even rinse her diapers. I'm looking at switching my 2yr old to cloth if she's not potty trained by the time this box of diapers runs out. I could definitely use a sprayer for her dirty dipes!

I was just telling my husband about diaper sprayers yesterday. He is ok with cloth but dealing with a messy one really turns him off. I don't want hime to give up. Right now we shake/dunk in the toilet.

For dirty diapers I dunk them in the toilet to get off as much poo as I can then throw them in the pail with the rest to be washed! A sprayer would definitely come in handy! :) sobyn at hotmail dot come

We have flushable liners, but often just flip the deed off of the diaper. However, not that our little one is not so easy
We have been using cloth diapers for 16 months.
Since we do not have a diaper sprayer, I have been using a combination of dunking and swishing/flushable liners. I think that we could really use a sprayer.
I commented on the facebook discussion "why are so many people anti cloth diaper?"
I use fleece liners that I make myself and the poop usually comes off pretty easily from that. If it's really really gross, I'll just throw the liner away.

I use the liners when I think she is going to poop, but inevitably I forget to line the diaper or it squishes outside the liner, so I have to dunk and swish it around in the toilet. Yuck. I would LOVE a sprayer!

I am definitely a sprayer convert. I used the liners with DS #1 and thru yr 1 of DS #2 before purchasing a sprayer. I love it and now that I use pocket diapers more than prefolds, the sprayer definitely helps keep stains more at bay.

I'm still trying to figure out the best way to deal with messy diapers. I tried the flushable liners, but they always seemed to bunch up and then not be there for the "mess" anyways, so we have stopped using them. Somtimes, if I am lucky, I can just shake the mess off the diaper and not worry, but if that doesn't work, I have a pair of rubber dishwashing gloves that I keep in the bathroom and I have to do the dunk and swish in the toilet. We have a detachable shower head that I tried using to spray the diapers, but that made me feel like I was messing our bathtub up too much...kind of gross! I would love to try a diaper sprayer to spray into the toilet!
