We use the line and the dryer. After drying them outside I throw them in the dryer with a wet diaper wipe for ten minutes to soften them up a bit.
ReplyDeleteUnless it's raining or I'm in a hurry. Then I use the dryer.
Right now I am drying them in the dryer. We have some major pollen going on right now, so once it stops I will starting drying on a line for the summer months.

ReplyDeleteSince we live in a small apartment and have limited number of diapers anyways, we throw them in the drier. I hope to eventually be able to hang them outside in the sun.
ReplyDeleteI love to line dry, but if I'm desperate for clean dipes, I will throw a few in the dryer... outside is best, so I'm loving the sun lately!

ReplyDeleteNow that the weather is nice, we line dry all our diapers and then throw them in the dryer for 5 or 10 minutes so they soften up a bit. Our girl was born in the winter, so we could only machine dry for the first few months - I was shocked to see how awesome the sun is at removing stains (and yay for cost savings)!

ReplyDeleteWe line-dry whenever possible. I am sometimes tempted to machine dry for the extra softness -- but it feels good to be frugal and green!

I sumbitted a review for ME Sandys on May 28th under Alycia from Springfield, MA
ReplyDeleteWhen baby arrives we will do drying rack (in the sun when possible) and dryer when needed.
ReplyDeleteI was using the POS dryer in our apartment building, but lately I've been hand-washing and air drying.
ReplyDeleteWhen it's nice I like to put them out on the banister outside, but lately my diapers have been coming in kinda funky from it. -_-: Today I have a box fan pointed at them in bathroom, and it's working wonders! My BG AIO, which usually takes a century to dry, is almost done in one day.
am also a facebook fan.
ReplyDeleteI follow your blog (and love it!).

ReplyDeleteI use the dryer, they just seem fluffier. I live in AZ and the few times I have put them outside, they were to "crispy" for my liking. :)
ReplyDeleteCombo drying here. We mostly line dry. I try to do outside for the sun, but use a rack inside when I need to. Dry on low or medium wipes and liners. Air fluff to soften AIOs, fitteds, inserts. Whew.
