I actually really want the FLIP especially for travel. So to travel overseas, I would use the flip =)
I became a fan on your facebook page =)

If I were to live over seas say in the jungle or something I would actually want to use Flips! I love them! I feel they wash up better than my pockets. And I can give the inserts a third wash and really get them clean. The covers also dry so quickly and they don't take up much room.

Probably covers with flats, and Bummis flushable liners. Easy to wash and dry anywhere, even in a sink. Possibly disposable inserts for the plane trip or when no access to washing facilities.

I would use gDiapers since you can do both disposable and cloth. I love them and haven't had any issues so far and my baby's booty looks so cute in them.

Traveling overseas....I would like to say a hybrid system simply because it sounds like the best option for traveling but we haven't been able to test it out yet. Have been dying to try the Flip diapers!

If I were traveling overseas (as I'm expecting to next summer), I'd use disposables. :-( When I'm traveling, I'd rather enjoy my vacation and not have to worry about washing diapers.

Overseas I would probably use gdiapers if it were a fairly short trip. But thanks to an article a while ago, I would consider having the place I stay wash them because almost every place I stayed in Asia would wash your clothes for you. I would probably only take prefolds because I don't want to lose my pockets.
As for disposables, it is not a good idea to take those to some countries. I have a friend that lives in Pakistan, and whenever people visit her with disposables she asks them to take it home with them! This is because she is responsible for disposing of her own trash - by burning it. Guess what...
DISPOSABLES DON'T BURN!
Yet another reason to use cloth.

I would definitely use the flip system with the disposable liners. They are so nice because you can keep using the same cover and just change the liner.

I would use prefolds/covers because they are the easiest to wash up.
As long as I had access to laundry facilities, I would use my current cloth diapering system. No disposables!

If I were traveling overseas, I would use prefolds and one-size covers. They might be a little more hassle to tote around, but the flexibility would win out. Also, I never have leaks with prefolds and covers, as I sometimes do with pockets, and I would not want to deal with wet clothing from a leaky diaper!

If traveling overseas I think I would use a combination of some Gro-babies (Grovia) with snap-ins as well as some of the biodegradable/compostable liners this would be for the flight. In addition I would bring a few wool covers (longies, shorties, wraps depending on the weather) with some fitteds and pre-folds, bummis fleece stay dry liners and some bummis flushable liners. The wool make great travel covers as they don't have to be washed very often just hung to dry for a little while.

Traveling overseas? Ugh! We'd probably still go with our Flips - a little less space taken up than with the pockets. Although we'd pack some pockets for bedtime and naps.

I would take cotton prefolds and a few one-sized wraps some snappis and two fleece covers. I have had so many issues with the wash routine that this seems like the most foolproof option. Easy to wash and quick to dry!

I would use a system like flip or gro-via with the disposable inserts!! Convenience overseas is necessary.. you never know where you will find a washer n dryer?? or how much they will cost at the hotel?

What kind of diapering system would you use if you were traveling overseas?
We are actually planning a cruise this December and Im either going to use embellished prefolds and bring my grovia covers for nighttime or only use grovia shells with flush-able inserts. Most ships have a laundry room for guests and if not, ill wash in the sink or pay a room service person to let me into the laundry room lol!

I would probably use a system with flushable inserts for on the plane or traveling super long distances. Then once arriving at my destination go back to normal pocket diapers or prefolds with diaper covers!

I'd stick with AIO's and/or prefolds. More compact AIOs would make traveling lighter but I wouldn't worry as much about loosing one or two along the way.

I think that if I was traveling over-seas I would probably use a hybrid system such as flip or grovia. I like that you would have less of a mess to clean up in unfamiliar territory and that storing them in wetbags would be less smelly (when it comes to poo anyway!). Thanks for the chance. bekki1820cb at gmail
Ha! The reason this post is so funny is because we are actually in the middle of moving overseas (again)! Nothing says easy living like 2 adults, one infant, one (large) dog and one cat in an airport hotel room! Anyways... I've been using BG 4.0s and having to wash them in the hotel laundry room and hang them in the shower stall. It sucks. Flip covers/inserts would be AWESOME!

Most likely whatever disposables they had over there. I hate packing diapers of any kind and I'd really, really hate to lose my cloth ones while traveling! In the US it is one thing, but overseas is not something I'd risk!

If I were traveling oversees, honestly, I would probably use disposables because it would be too hard to wash the cloth diapers and the disposable inserts in hybrids are too expensive for my family to afford. (One reason why we probably will not be heading oversees anytime soon.) :)
I am a fan on facebook.
I receive the newsletter from Kelly's Closet.
Even though I don't have any, I'd probably get some of the dipes with disposable liners. It's nice to still have cloth but a way to convenience yourself with the disposable parts too. I've definitely learned to make life as simple as possible when you're traveling!

I would probably use a combination of disposables & cloth, only so I didn't have to worry about hanging on to dirty diapers while on the plane or anything like that!
Probably disposables so I didn't have to worry about washing.
I reviewed Rockin Green Detergent (Hard rock) @ Kelly's Closet.
I think I would try to do flip or GroVia if we went oversees. Though I know my husband would vote for sposies.
Facebook fan! I'm still learning about Cloth Diapers for the little one on the way, but if traveling over seas I think I would try hybrid diapers with the disposable inserts.
covers, flats, and flushable liners :)

I would have to say disposables simply because I am just new to CDing and I am not totally confident in my usage. My little munchkin is leaking all the time.
I'd use a hybrid system. Love disposable inserts. :) (I'm also a diaperwhisperer fan on FB)
I would use flats and my econobum covers since they are simple(no extra flaps/fabric to dry), one size and easy to wash. I have flips but have not seen the disposable inserts, if they are not bulky to pack I would consider those too.

depnding on where I was going I would keep using my stash of aio and prefolds unless we would be staying somewhere we couldn't wash then I'd use disposables
Overseas I would use flats or prefolds with wool longies because I feel like I can rinse them better.
I subscribe to your blog in Google Reader.
When we are out of town for more than 3-4 days we usually use 7th Generation or Earth's Best disposables...We've tried washing our covers and pockets at other people's houses and no matter how careful we are we have to strip diapers when we come home.
However...if I was traveling for an extended period of time I think I might just take wool and prefolds or flats as they can be washed easily in "regular" facilities and not have to be stripped when we return. Wool is SOOO easy to care for and I don't think people full appreciate it.
I haven't found the perfect diaper for traveling yet. Also depends on if I knew there would be access to a good washer and dryer (hotels might not always have them) I would bring disposables and possibly prefolds since they are easiest to rinse out anywhere

Without laundering facilities I would choose a hybrid system (Flip or GDiapers) so I could use disposable inserts and hand wash the covers when needed.
