I store all my diapers in a plastic bucket with a lid, and wash every other day. It's a pain to wash the bucket out each time, but I've been too lazy to make a liner for it, so it's my fault.
ReplyDeleteI store my dirty diapers in a fuzzibunz wetbag which can be hung in the door knob and wash it together with the diapers. I am a KC facebook fan. Leah
ReplyDeleteOoooh! Would love to try rumparooz! I currently use a large wet bag for storing dirty diapers, and could definitely use another!

I store the dirty diapers in a Blueberry Wet/Dry bag which is inside of a Diaper Champ. It really keeps the smells out and it's easy to clean because I just throw the bag in the wash with the diapers.

We don't CD yet (still cooking the LO) but my plan is to get a cheap plastic trash can with a lid and a diaper pail liner for the nursery. Then we'll have a large wetbag hanging in the bathroom for any diapers that got sprayed/dunked/swished so we don't have to carry the wet diaper back to the nursery. And then obviously a medium wetbag for the diaper bag and outings.
I keep them in a dry pail which is a washable liner in my old kitchen trash can my dog had run into and made a dent in. It keeps the stink enclosed!

I store my dirty dipes in a diaper pail (aka plastic trash can with lid from Wal-Mart) I stopped using a wet bag because I can carry the can in there just as easily and I spray all the dipes so there is usually some water build up.
ReplyDeleteI store my dirty diapers in a laundry basket with our GroVia pail liner and it works great!

I have two large wet bags that I alternate between. When one is in the wash, the other is collecting dirty diapers, and then switch! We are moving soon, after we move, I hope to buy a pail or two depending on our house.

ReplyDeleteRight now we are storing our diapers in an extra rubbermaid bin with a lid...we're both leery of diaper bags because we hate that smell that so many nurseries get (musty pee/ppo smell) which is why we never bought a diaper genie type thing even when we were using sposies. That being said, I would at least like to give a bag a try to see how the smell issues goes.
