ReplyDeleteI do a cold rinse with baking soda then a regular wash in hot water with my detergent. Two rinses in warm with vinegar in the last. Our LO isnt here so we will see how it works out once the TRUE smells and stains start coming.

I wash diapers every 1.5 - 2 days, depending on how many diapers we've gone through. Since we practice EC, some days we go through fewer diapers than others, depending on our rhythm.

ReplyDeleteDoing laundry now! I do a cold rinse then a heavy wash with extra rinse. Rockin green detergent rocks! Oh, and sunning is the ultimate stain remover.

ReplyDeleteUp until recently (we started potty training)i would wash every other day. Cold rinse, Hot long wash cycle with a squirt of my allens liquid detergent (one bottle lasted almost 2 years!) then a hot rinse on the short wash cycle.
ReplyDeletei hang dry my covers and dry my inserts and prefolds on hot with a big dry towel to help speed the pprocess.
Up until recently (potty training now) I washed every other day.
