  1. I use prefolds almost exclusively. My favorite ones are the flip organic prefolds (now called nighttime, I believe) because they are so soft and absorb an amazing amount! I have never tried flat diapers, but would love to give them a go!

  4. I don't know my favorite anything yet because little miss isn't due until December, but I think I'm going to like my Softbum mini pods with a Softbum Echo shell.

  10. My favorite insert in a cover is a prefold (I like the GroVia prefolds and Econobum), but I like to keep flats in the diaper bag, because they also work well as a blanket or nursing cover in a pinch.

  16. I used to always reach for GMD prefolds to go in my covers, but I'm liking using Applecheeks bamboo inserts in my covers. They're a lot more trim and as absorbent.

  23. Currently I prefer fitteds with covers, but I like indian prefolds, too. I dislike the "perfect fit" prefolds, though. I like folding them around baby, not trifolding them

  40. I haven't tried flats yet, but love prefolds for the newborn stage. I currently use flats inside pockets when I have a baby in dipes. New baby OTW in Dec. so these would get use from day 1!

  41. My favorite inserts are hemp for overnight cause I think it lets my daughters gushy breath a little better at night. I also like microfiber during the day if we're going shopping or a long car ride cause it absorbs fast.

  59. I like to use bamboo prefolds either trifolded or bikini twist with snappi. This way is so easy to clean and I know it will last such a long time. Can use for as many little ones as we are blessed with.

  61. I have heard that oso cozys are very soft. I have also heard that with flats, you can adjust the amount of "side panels" to help with a more secure fit.
