ReplyDeleteI tried it with my first for a short period, but I thought the fit was off. With my second, it fits perfectly!
ReplyDeleteI love Best Bottoms. The double gussets hold in leaks and the inserts are very absorbent and don't take up much room in the diaper bag. I also love that if you run out of inserts you can always just use a prefold.

ReplyDeleteI like the ease of bestbottoms , I have one cover and 3 medium inserts. They are starting to stink and get small on my little man. My cover is starting to peel on the pul near the leg gussets. I like that the softbums covers and inserts are interchangable !

ReplyDeleteI haven't actually TRIED the best bottom diapers yet (our first baby is due in about 3 weeks), but I bought 3 of them and they really look awesome! I love the inside layer of PUL so you can just wipe and reuse and I have a feeling these may be my go-to diapers in my stash! I'm already wanting more and I haven't had a chance to use them yet!

ReplyDeleteI haven't tried it, but have wanted to try the nighttime inserts along with the shell. My husband always looks at me funny when I hand him a fitted and wool so it would be nice to have a quicker option for him.

ReplyDeleteI have a best bottoms with three Hemp inserts and I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT I even use the cover over the top of flats prefolds and fitted diapers!

Anyway, I'm trying to comment on the blog now lol! No I've never tried Best Bottom diapers, but I do love that cover so maybe I'll win it! My daughter is getting big, 33lbs at 18 months (she's tall, too, so not overweight) so we might need to invest in some new diapers anyway!

ReplyDeleteI love the BB inserts. I have tried the hook and loop shell, did not like it. The band dug into my son's stomach pretty bad. But I really want to try the snap shells, because I do really like the inserts!
