On this morning's post, somebody posted a comment that said: "After seeing all these photos I went home and organized my stash!". It made me laugh mostly because that is the reaction that we expect from you guys after the posts and comments from this week. All of the ideas have been great, and it is amazing how something may work from a family but not for the other...
If this week inspired you to rearrange your stash we would love to hear about it. Contact us in the following days or weeks and let us know how this week helped you. We'd love to hear from you!
Here are some of the photos that we received this week. All the photos were GREAT, but it was not possible to post them all... Thanks for everybody who submitted, and I will be emailing each one of you letting you know how many entries you get and the instructions to get them.

My favorite part of all these photos is the variety of COLORS of diapers. Wow! Makes me wish I hadn't gone quite so "gender neutral" in my purchases (I mean, who says bright blue can't be worn by a baby girl anyway?!). At least now I know to add COLOR to my future purchases!!
I really like the baskets in Amanda G's. I wonder if I could keep mine looking that neat and tidy? Thanks so much for posting these great pics to help us. We'll all have the best organized diapers in the world!
LOVE the photos ladies!!!
PS. Cloth diapers are far more aesthetic than disposables, hands down! Fluffy bums to fluffy carts/shelves/drawers... who wouldn't rather see this than a boring stack of paper dipes???
Thanks for all the wonderful ideas. I'm due in March and this will be a lot of help for coming up with a system for myself. And Kelly S. has a beautiful changing table!
Ohhhhh, thanks for posting these!...it's so fun seeing other peoples collections of fluff!! Beautiful stashes ladies! :)
These photos are great. And so many different ways to organize. Like Anelys says in the post, different ways work for different people. And wonderful to get new ideas if you every want to rearrange things a bit.
the photos also made me actually fold my pocket diapers this morning so I could see the pretty colors I have instead of just having them lay flat. I didn't realize that such a simple thing would bring a smile to my face. :)
These are such great ideas... so colorful.
I love all the different ways. It helps so much in getting great ideas for our organization.
Thanks for sharing your pictures, I am kind of envious that all of you have open storage for your diapers, I just had diapers every where when I went that route! I do really love my storage containers and my daughter isn't able to get the lids off (especially on the container that had the cloth diapers in... since sometimes I find myself having a hard time), but it is easy enough for me to get into everything and that is what matters. I am also wishing that I would have purchased more colors verses so many white diapers, but when & if I ever need to replace my diapers then I know what to buy next! All of your diapers are so cute in the pictures. Again thanks for sharing.
I also love to see all the different ways people organize, but I especially like getting a peek at their diaper stashes. Hmmmm....I feel the shopping bug coming on! I
i don't get it. am i the only one without an elaborate organization?
we have a five drawer cube-dresser-tower-thing. it has clothes, diapers and wipes. it's next to the bed - where we change the imp. when i need the washer for "regular" laundry, we use a large planetwise wet bag - otherwise we just dump the used diapers into the washer.
i hadn't realized that most people have nurseries and changing tables and diaper pail systems. it all just seems so complicated.
YAY!!! Thank you for posting my pic. :) I loved seeing all of the other pics too.
Thanks for the compliment erinsmamma. :)
Now I just need to go back and resort my diapers by color - I love that idea. At least I do have mine organized by type of diaper. One of my main considerations in having my diapers out in the open or not in closed containers is because my husband isn't very patient - I can imagine the mess he'd make trying to find various diapering items if I tried to put them away! The way I have things set-up, everything is within reach of the changing table, with the diapers he likes best closest. Anything to help him get on board with me on the transition to cloth! LOL
I just realized that I havent posted how I organize my diapers!
We only have bumGenius (soon to have some minky trainers) and we use a drawer on my youngest's crib... Her crib has 3 drawers on the side, and 2 large drawers on the bottom. The top drawer is at hand level, so no bending is needed to get the diapers....
I used to have them organized in one of the drawers from the changing table... But, after having 3 girls in 4 years, my back is not as it used to be, and it was driving me crazy to bend for the diapers 10 thousand times a day (especially since when my youngest was born I had 2 in diapers, and one that still needed to be potty trained during the night).
Anyway, the changing table is now used in the playroom, and the crib is about to be out of sight, so I need to find soon a new place to put them....
wow, I've never seen anything like the wall-mounted thing in Cecile's picture. Looks very handy!
and eidolons, you aren't the only one with a really simple system. I just keep a drawer cart by our bed in the bedroom (baby is still cosleeping with us and we usually change her on the ground). I think for a lot of people though cloth diapers are almost a "hobby" or at the very least a collection, so something has to be done with them or else they're all over the place! I find that my really small cart helps keep my stash smaller and streamlined, so I'm not planning on expanding it right now.
eidolons . . . .you are not the only one. I can send you a picture of mine if you like. It is so simple. I have to admit though, it is because I do not have alot of diapers. I have two in diapers and I find that most of my diapers are either in the washer, in the dryer (or on the line in the summer) or in the diaper pail. My stash is rather pathetic compared to others. I guess that is why my diapers wear out so fast!!
I would LOVE to know where Cecile R. got that great organizer! It would be awesome to have.
LOL, I totally reorganized my stash after seeing all the pictures, and I had thought I was happy with the old system. So thanks everyone for making me waste a lot of time today! My biggest change was also the easiest: have the diapers standing up on end so it looks like a pretty rainbow instead of piling them on top of each other so you can only see the top one. Of course! How did I not think of that before? Then when I was done I took a picture and Adam was all -You're taking pictures of the diapers now? You need a hobby. Well diapers ARE my hobby...wait does that sound pathetic? Maybe I do need a hobby!
I love the first one by Cecile R....I thought it looked familiar & looked it up on the Munchkin website...they sell them at target!!!

I'll be going to get one of those tomorrow!!!
EdenSky...I'm LMBO!!!! Most hubbys just don't get it. And yes, I think cloth diapering can be a hobby of sorts and no, it's not pathetic.
Oh my word! I am swooning over all of these, pretty PRETTY!! stashes :)
Thanks for sharing!!
I too, have come up with new ways to organize my stash for when we move. I can't wait to get it all set up. Thanks for all the tips and ideas!! I love this blog!!
Awesome post..I love seeing how everyone stores their cloth!

Hmmm. The most interesting part of this post has been reading where people keep their changing tables. I have mine all organized, but I might change my mind about where it goes after the baby's here. I can't decide if I want it close to the "baby's room", or somewhere centrally located, or near the laundry.
love seeing these! I have my 2 year olds in a plastic drawer in her closet, she loves to go pick out her diaper. I am debating how to store the new baby's this fall since i will have a mixture of pockets and fitteds w/ covers... good ideas here!
REading this post and seeing this picture really brings home that I don't have a system. Diapers tend to get stuffed after days of sitting on the couch, and then only some fit in the drawer. I need to come up with something else.
I didn't have money to spend on a diaper changing station or furniture or anything but I had an old cheap shelf since I was a teenager and I dresser in my room about the right height. I put it next to my dresser. So the most used diapers go at eye level, wipes up top (wipes warmer and pins/snappies are on the dresser next to changing pad) and night time diapers on bottom. This still even worked when I had 3 kiddos in diapers at once.
An added bonus is now my dresser doesn't 'collect' things because it has a use and I found a solution for free. :)
I love to see how everyone organizes their dipes, but I feel like a dork now! I just keep our diapers in a laundry basket on our dresser! My two year old loves to get into everything and if I don't keep them up high, he will throw them around the house. I guess I could find a more creative way to organize though...Good job mamas! And what lovely stashes!
