I have always wanted to try cloth, I won my husband over by calculating how much money we could save in 2-3 years and possibly longer if we had more children. We have been going strong since our little one was 3 months old, he's almost 7 months now and I will never go back.

Originally, I'd say, "Money." After having done it through 3 kids now, I like, "Cuter."

Not sure if it's the most important reason, though.

We began cloth diapering because of the money savings. We continue to do it because of that, but also because of the cuteness factor, less chemicals for baby, and less trash thrown into landfills. It's always nice when you start to do something because of one reason and gather many more reasons along the way :)

Our family chose cloth diapering because it feels so NATURAL!

Of course cloth diapering has gone a LONG way in recent years with the plethora of options. However, I'm sure all cloth diapering parents would agree - we LOVE it!

We initially started with my first daughter because I was sick of going to BJs every couple of weeks! I thought there has to be a better way! Looked into actual "diaper services", but those were way too pricey. A friend happened to be selling cloth as a new SAHM venture and the rest is history! I'm hooked and currently dd #2 is wearing many of dd #1's diapers! Cuteness doesn't hurt either!

I'm new to cloth diapering (as well as blogging) - but my one word describing what is the most important reason why I am using cloth diapers? is:

To myself economically and to my planet!

The most important reason I use cloth is because disposables cause my children to get diaper rashes because of all the chemicals.

simplicity/simplify

because going to the store for diapers and wipes every few days takes away important time away from my children. I've learned to simplify my life in order to enjoy the best that life has for us-the enjoyment of time spent with the lives around us.
