I love using cloth for so many reasons! It's better for the environment, it's better for my wallet, it's better for my baby's bottom, and in a weird crazy way, makes me feel like a more capable person for being able to "handle" (as my non-CDing friends say) the cloth diapering side of life. :) That sounds dumb, huh.

JustForMommy said...

I love CDing my 18 month old and 2 month old because it is better for them. I love knowing that I am doing the right thing for them and the environment! It's fun to see all the cute options there are out there for diapers these days. It warms my heart to buy from WAHMs too. The cding community in general is a very warm and welcoming group. What's not to love?

Anonymous said...

I failed with CDing my first son and am excited to try again with my next! I have bought a stash of BGs and Fuzzibunz and look forward to working out all the kinks! Our family is very eco-conscious so we love the idea of CDing and are excited at all the new products that make it seem so much easier this time around!

Reason #1: I love Cloth Diapering my DD because I love having the peace of mind knowing that she no longer has a bunch of chemicals sitting next to her most delicate areas.

What an awesome prize!!! I love, love, love EMAB products!!! The Happy Mama Spray is my "signature" scent because I can't wear traditional fragrance's. And The Body Butter and Natural Stretch Oil are amazing. I love their Teas too. Mmmmmmmm.

I love CDing because I want to be an example of how a busy working mom can cloth diaper (an extra few loads of laundry a week really isn't that much!). Most of my friends comment that the biggest reason they don't CD is because they don't have the time. Well, I'm proof that it's possible! I'm slowly converting friends this way.

Even though I had to clean up a massive mess this morning, I still love cloth diapering- the thought of putting all those sposies filled with *yuck* out into our environment makes me shiver and cringe! At least I know that the waste my children create goes right into the toilet and into a controlled septic area -not leaching into the environment or water source or anywhere else! But the #1 reason why I love to cloth diaper? Because my children can tell the difference- the first time I put fluff on my older daughter (she was 18 months), she said "that's better!" From the mouth of babes!

I love CDing my baby and like Serena mentioned, I actually look forward to diaper changes. Is it weird because I take my time CD? With sposies, I tried to make it as quick as possible so I wouldnt waste another diaper. I like spraying wipe solution on her bum and using a soft cloth to wipe and then wraping soft cloth all around her. Right now she is only 2 1/2 months so I realize I wont be able to take my time when she is a toddler :) But I can still look forward to diaper changes.

Reason # 5: I love CD'ing my DD because the diapers are so darn cute! You can use to diapers to complete an outfit and let's not forget the adorable fluffy butt look that they give our babies. I love all of the color / pattern options that are out there and I can't wait to try more.

I love cloth diapering my daughter because I know I am doing what is best for her, even though some people think it isn't the easier way. To that I say, first of all, I have been cloth diapering since she was three months old, so really, I hardly know any other way. Second, I find disposables to be harder to use. And third, no one said being a mommy would be easy, so sometimes you have to do things that are best for your child, regardless of the inconvienence. But really, cloth diapers are so darn cute, they make diaper changes fun! (well, as fun as changing diapers can be!)
