I will be having my first this summer, so our fun may have to be as simple as a walk around the block this first summer, but it will be great :)

Hopefully I will just cuddle and bond with baby this summer. We are adopting and just getting ready while we wait. Choosing cloth diapers and accessories are more challenging than I thought. I have a wise aunt who just laughs at me! As a nurse she was taking care of sick babies and preemies a long time ago. She used to use flats and pins... I remember her using them with babies in our family when I was a kid... So much choices now!!!!

We do a lot of outdoor bike riding and things with our kids. Picnic's, hiking, etc. Anything outside. Also, VBS at our church is fun too!

We went to the zoo a few days ago, and there's a wild animal sanctuary nearby I'd like to take him to. Other than that, we've been making lots of trips to the park, taking lots of walks, and going to the indoor bouncey place quite often. We've been having a blast!

Now that summer is in full swing I am looking forward to the first camping trip with my little one... 6 months olde. So many firsts this summer - first time swimming in a pool, first time at the ocean, it's going to be (and already is!) an amazing summer!
