It's HOT here, I think diapers as pants are appropriate for most of the age that wearing a diaper is generally appropriate - definitely cloth ones anyway :)

This is my 1st summer with a cloth diapered baby - my older boys usually wore onesies over their 'sposies. This summer my little girl has been wearing a lot of dresses, without shorts or diaper covers because she's already so cute without them!

I rarely let my daughter wear just her diaper as pants. If we are outside, it just ruins her diapers! And I think it's a little more modest to cover them up.

I live in FLA and intend on letting Mr. Baby wear his diaper as pants A LOT. I have even been buying T-shirts to facilitate this!

Well, my son usually wears something over his diaper, but he has taken some naps with no pants. It's so HOT here right now, especially in our upstairs where his bedroom is! One day outside (under the easy-up shade_ my sister stripped him down to his diaper and he seemed much more comfy.

99% of the time we do diaper as pants in the summer. We don't have AC and it's way too hot to be piling on the layers.

It depends. If he isn't going to be rough housing too much in or outside and if he isn't eating, he uses them as pants. If he is doing all of the above, I put shorts on him... If I don't, then I'm battling stains on cute diapers/covers!!!

Diapers as pants? Shoot, that's all the Little Guy wears sometimes! We may live in Seattle, but we actually DO get some summertime weather here (although not as much as my flip-flop lovin' feet may want) - so I try to keep him from overheating. Plus, it's less laundry for me to do later! Woot!
