I've used teething tables with my kids before...not sure it did anything though.
I've used teething tablets before with my kids, but I'm not sure it did anything.
Dip the corners of a washcloth in water/juice and freeze. Baby's live the cold on their sore gums!
My tip: get a small washcloth damp - just barely wet - and freeze it. It's cold, soft and safe to chew on, easy to hold, and won't pop and leak like the water-filled teethers.
Oh heavens, I wish I HAD good teething tips. My babies just nurse around the clock while teething. :/
My daughter didn't have a hard time teething at all. So, I don't really have any teething tips. We have yet to see with my son though...
When my son is cutting teeth, he likes to chew on flat wooden spoons. He has his own bamboo set with tiny teethmarks in it. :)

With my oldest, Hyland's Teething Tablets worked wonders. And lots and lots of cold, frozen washcloths!

My best teething tip is the vibrating teethers. The only thing that will soothe my DS somedays. Although he does love his jellystone smart phone teether too!

Wet a washcloth and freeze it. Then let baby gnaw away!
I'm not sure if this is where to leave a comment, but here goes! One of my favorite teething tips in a child that has been exposed to solid foods is to get a mesh feeder, a melon baller, and any kind of melon fruit that your child has tried without any sort of reaction (watermelon, cantaloupe, etc). Use the melon baller to scoop small balls from your melon of choice. Freeze them. Once frozen, place them in the mesh feeder, and allow your child to gnaw on them. It's a healthy way to soothe your child's gums, and has the added bonus of being a healthy, delicious, cold snack on a hot summer day!
Best teething toy for my little guy (at least for the first tooth) was mommy's finger. It made him happier than anything else we gave him to chew on.

Besides the side of my hand for teething lol, cold cucumber sticks, taggies my seven month old loves tags on her bib. Always wear bibs to catch that drool.
Hylands teething tablets have been a life saver when my little guy is cutting teeth.
We love our sons amber teething necklace, it seems to help with drooling too. He also like to chew on a clean kitchen towel.
When my babe is teething bad we give her a frozen waffle. It must feel great on those gums, she loves it!

My son was actually a pretty easy teether, and didn't care for cold stuff in his mouth. Baby oragel naturals helped for the few rough days.

I have owl jellystone necklace and my daughter loves it. I saw the new style and would love to add it to my wardrobe.
Breastfeeding was a huge help for my oldest, lots of snuggles, letting them chew your finger (& gently rubbing their gums), chewing a cold washcloth...
My first child has far out grown the teething phase so we found another use for them. The ones you can put in the freezer make great ouchie packs.

My best teething tip is to wet a washcloth with cold water and let your baby chew on it for comfort. You can even put it in the fridge or freezer for extra relief!
stock up on good teethers and amber before you baby really needs them. I wish Id had better teethers while my daughter was cutting her front teeth but I didnt know about all these awesome products!

use Punkin' Butt Teething oil -- it was a LIFE SAVER for us!
Two of the best (non-nursing) things to help w/ my son's teething were an amber teething necklace and a Molar Muncher. Couldn't have gotten through the #2 molars w/o them!
The thing that helped my little guy most with teething pain, was his Amber necklace. His favorite thing to chew on was a red silicone square thing... I don't remember what brand, but I think it came from Wal-Mart.

Baby loves his frozen teething rings, especially those we can add fruit to.
My little one likes gnawing on a wet wash cloth (only wet on the corner) after its been put in the freezer for a while. :)

Use Tylenol when they wake up in the middle of the night.

I don't know what we'd do without my son's teething bracelet. Since we got it, we haven't had to use Tylenol once! He also sort of likes cold teethers, but can't hold on to them great yet, so it's a good thing we don't have to rely on them. :)
Frozen wash cloths can work wonders.

Amber teething necklace worked well for one child, but my other needs things to gnaw on, like frozen washcloths, pacifiers, chew toys.
