The first dipe I used was a Kushies All-in-One. Not very absorbant and bulky, but for the cost of them, they did make good around the house dipes. I used them till they were outgrown.

We started out using Prefolds. We still use them, four years later. We have tried AIO's but they're just not for us.

I used BumGenius One Size pocket diapers first. I have been using them for seven months - since my son was born. I still love them but have moved on to prefolds and Wiggle Worm Bottoms covers. :)
I definately could use this giveaway with a hubby in school and 4 kids. I use pocket diapers but do have some snap in i guess you would call it. I could use these as buying diapers is expensive with 4 kids ,

Prefolds with Bummis super whisper wraps were the first dipes I used and used solely through my 1st and about 12 months of #2 before venturing into pockets.
I will be using a GMD prefold or Crickett's hemp fitted with an embroidered Fuzzi Bunz cover as my baby's first diaper, assuming it fits!

The very first diaper I used was a happy heiny pocket. My toddler wears one to bed every night. Not a heavy wetter and potty trianed during the day, though my "stash" (for a ttc baby we hope to make soon!) is mostly prefolds and plain old covers.

I started with a 5 pack of all in ones, but have thought about moving on to prefolds from there.

I ended my last daughter's diapering period with g-diapers, and I was thinking about starting my due soon baby with cloth, but I'm just starting to figure out what is what, and there is a dropoff pickup composting service in my area too... earth-baby... too much to choose from!

The first type of diaper I tried was a tiny pocket from Chloe's Toes stuffed with a microfiber towel from Target. I got my first set of diapers for a newborn form Craigslist.
