«Oldest ‹Older 201 – 400 of 524 Newer› Newest»I've used unbleached indian prefolds and regular Thirsties covers, and it was a great combination. I'd love to try the Econobum system!
I love prefolds and Blueberry one-size covers. Before I discovered the beauty of Blueberry, I loved Thirstie covers. I still like them, of course.
I have a few prefolds and I use Thirsties duo wraps with them. This set would be a great addition to my stash since my daughter will soon outgrow her current covers.

I've never used prefolds but I've heard good things about them so I'd be interested in trying! So far I've just been using pocket diapers.

I've diapered my friends babies with a prefold/cover system. I liked it. I'm not sure the brand she used.

I have about eight prefolds and two duo thirsties covers. I rather use my smartipants, but dont have many of those, so when Im out I use prefolds. They work really well. The prefolds wash well and dry pretty quick. And I haven't had anything bad happen with diapering this way. I do recommend prefolds to people that ask me.

Yes, I am currently using a prefold system with Thirsties Duo covers.

I've never tried prefolds, but I've done flats with a cover. I actually liked them. Prefolds would definitely be easier. I love Thirstie's covers. The flats were just birdseye cotton.
Haven't tried covers & prefolds but these seem really neat.

I love my Thirsties Duo with prefolds and flats. It's such a great fit!
I used prefolds to expand our diaper stash for our newborn for less $$$. I bought both Indian and Chinese prefolds, 2 bummis wraps, and 1 thirsties cover. I love them! The thirsties wrap is the best, especially with the leg gussets! Now that our youngest is 7 months old, she doesn't fit as well into the small wraps, but I continue to use the prefolds- they make the best overnight inserts in our BG OS 3.0 and Fuzzi Bunz size small diapers!

We used prefolds for the first three months (had a diaper service, didn't know if we'd stick with cloth) and used Prorap covers. They're made locally, which meant I could pick up seconds. They were about the least expensive covers I found anywhere and worked just fine for us. I love the pocket diapers we use now since they are so much cuter and easier for us to use though!

I would certainly consider the Econobum system.
I haven't really used a prefold and cover "system".....but on my first baby I did use pretty much all prefolds and proraps!
I have not used a prefold system, but I have been eyeing the Flip and Econobum!

I use prefolds as my just in case diapers- I toss a few of them in my diaper bag with a cover "just in case" my DD goes through the other AIOs or pocket dipes. They're also handy "just in case" she spits up or I need a bib for her.
We do use prefolds, and have used a bummis super whisper wrap cover. But it was disappointing. The velcro stopped sticking in 4 months of use :(

We are mainly using prefolds and covers here. We have a couple one size pocket diapers and a couple fitteds with covers. But we use Bummis Super Whisper Wraps and Chinese or Indian Prefolds. I also have a few Thirsties Duo Wraps which are really making me forget about my Bummis. I'd love to try the Econobum Diaper Kit. I love the fact that they're one size.

I used Bummis Whisper wraps and prefolds when my son was first born.
Yes, we bought prefolds and used them for the first 3 months, along with BSWWs and proraps. We 'graduated' to pockets but have also used the new gro babys which is kind of like a prefold system, i just wish econobum was out when we first started! I imagine we would have loved it, and there's a chance if we have another baby that we'll invest in some of those, as well.

I am using prefolds with thirsties duo covers. I wish the econobum would have came out just weeks earlier so that I could have used this one size prefold system instead. I will consider econobum when the baby outgrows his infant prefolds and then possibly use it for next baby too.

I started out using Bummis wraps and infant prefolds. I really wish I had an option like Econobum with I started CDing. I had two toddlers in cloth that were two different sizes, and it was overwhelming. Now I just have 1 babe in cloth, but I still think econobum looks fabulous.

I've never used any cd system, and I just stumbled across Econobum, which might be my break into the world of cd'ing. Hope I win!

I had a dozen newborn indian prefolds that I now stuff into pockets but I have been shopping for bigger sized ones again! We used the thirsties covers. : )
