I organize my diapers by size (we have NB and one size). The NBs go in one drawer, and the one size are in another. We also have a color system - colors and prints are for day and white is for night! Easy for dad to know which ones are night (night rhymes with white!).

I have 8 (yes, 8!) Collapsible bins on my dresser/changing station. Each baby has their own side with color coded bins. Each bin in for a different type of diaper- one for pockets, one for covers, one for prefolds and one for wipes and accessories. It helps Daddy find the right diaper for the right baby, and it looks so cute!

I use cloth bins - found some that fit perfectly on the shelves under the changing table - organized by fitteds, covers and spare doublers, and AIOs. However we are seriously in need of a new solution as my daughter's absolute favorite thing to do is to pull every single carefully folded diaper out and throw them on the floor :/

I have 3 canvas bins on the top shelf of the changing table. 1 for fitteds, covers and extra inserts, 1 for prefolds and 1 for pockets and AIO's. I organize that one by brands and daytime diapers separate from nighttime diapers! maybe a little too organized! lol

I use flat folds, so generally all of my diapers are folded up in a bin, which is under the changing table. To one side of the bin are the covers, and to the other are "nap" doublers. We have two fancy pockets, and a used third (I really need a new one!) that are put to the side for night time diapers. We go through about 2/3 of the flats every two days, when we have laundry (at night, while watching movies-so easy).

I have two baskets in the changing table and have diapers stuffed and ready to go. I borrowed the idea from Life Happens During Naptime and it works very well for us.

And, it lets me find diapers in the middle of the night too!

Lilypad Mom said...

We still have a fairly small stash so organization is pretty simple.

The pre-stuffed pockets and the AIO go in a basket on top of the dresser (used as our changing table) so they are ready for anyone else who changes her to grab.

There are 3 small baskets in the first big drawer of the dresser, one holds the prefolds, one holds the fitteds, and one holds the covers. All the little accessories like snappis, liners I have cut from fleece, extra elastic etc are in the top small drawer.
