The easiest diaper in my stash would have to be our bumgenius 4.0's. We have two, and they are the favorite of everyone who gets to change a diaper around here!

The easiest is probably my Flips. I love that you can reuse the cover a few times before washing. All you do is yank the insert out and stick another one in!

Our AIOs are, of course, super simple (Kushies Ultra Lites were our go to toddler dipe..we haven't any bumGenius though). FuzziBunz are easy as can be as well. Now that our oldest is potty training his cloth trainers are super simple..he does it all himself!

I really like the FuzziBunz OS diapers. I think the easiest to stuff, however, is the Rump-a-rooz. I don't know how well that diaper works for containing leaks though. As soon as I got one side snapped, my little one dirtied it and I had to change him without really getting to test the diaper! Easiest to use: FB OZ. Easiest to stuff: RAR.

The easiest diapers I have are my few pockets. Mostly I just use prefolds and covers but I have about 5 pocket diapers for when the baby is looking particularly wiggly.
I'm a subscriber :-D
BumGenius AIOs are the easiest, would love to build my stash :-D
Easiest cloth diaper: fuzzibunz! I just take them and snap them on baby. And I don't have to dig around for a special diaper for nights. I just stuff in a hemp doubler.

I always reach for 4.0 BG's - with snaps. They are easy to stuff, easy to use and I like the that the tabs seem more stretchy (and easy to snap) than some other brands of pocket diapers. I just wish they had better, brighter colors.

My favorite are GroVias and BG! They are so easy to use even my husband likes them and so far we've not had any leaks with either :-)
I love my swaddlebees but as a pocket dipe they need some assembly. . . I just got an artist series organic AIO Bum Genius and love it. . .definitely the easiest!

The easiest in my stash is BG 3.0 AIO.

Easiest diaper to use: flats because they are our standard! We have pockets, which are convenient for out and about, but flats still win.

The easiest cloth diaper to use is my bumgenius 3.0 size small because it goes on quickly without a lot of adjusting.
I commented on Complacency Bites Back! on 3/14
My Best Bottoms is the easiest for me...no stuffing. Just snap in the insert and put it on! I don't have a very big stash yet...and I'd love to try the BG 4.0!
I use both BumGenius and FuzziBunz one size pocket diapers and I love both brands!
I really enjoy the Kissaluv's size 0 for my 2 month old who loves to kick and scrunch up his legs when I change him.
