I have never used disposable inserts, but they sound fantastic for on the go! I would keep them in my car and diaper bag and put them on when we plan on leaving the house! They would also be great for visits to the grandparents house or anywhere that a diaper sprayer isn't readily available!
I would use the inserts right away, and often!

I would use them with my Softbums on day trips!

The disposable inserts seem like they'd be useful for trips, etc. to avoid the need for a packed wet bag.
