Currently using both disposables and cloth, but will be switching to cloth exclusively once our disposables run out. I'm going shopping for fun wipes material to try making my own!

I use old washcloths, but my mom uses BG flannel wipes & is pleased. I'd really like to win some of these wipes & replace what I've been using, though.

I made my own wipes out of fleece and flannel. They work wonderfully and I hate the rare occasion I have to use a disposable wipe. I still have a couple on hand because I got about a million for my baby shower almost a year ago. Every once in a while I am surprised with a poopy diaper and only one cloth wipe, so I have to resort to the disposable wipes for back up. But that doesn't happen very often, thankfully!

One final thought on cloth wipes: they're handy for other things after baby outgrows the need for wipes. We use them for cleaning dirty hands/faces, etc, and my daughter (Age4) likes to use them when she has a BM instead of regular toilet paper. The old worn-out ones made nice dustcloths, too!

Cloth - I find them easier to use than disposables because I can toss them in the pail with the diaper.

I think I would use cloth wipes even if I used disposable diapers. They work so much better, and are gentle on the bottom. I like the velour on the Jolly Bums because they are grippy but still nice and soft.

I love my cloth wipes and finally three a few wet ones in a plastic bag for my diaper bag but of course haven't had the opportunity to use one on the go yet.

If I don't win this weeks drawing I just might have to take advantages of the free shipping giveaway and put some new cloth wipes in my cart. I am definitely turning into a cloth diaper junkie!!

Cloth wipes make sense, and it looks so much softer and better for baby's skin. I'm planning on sewing some wipes this weekend with receiving blankets, but I'm not sure yet on big I want the wipes to be. Any recommendations?

We actually use both, sort of. I'm trying to use cloth, which are actually just baby wash clothes, since it's easier to just put that in with the cloth diaper. But my husband fine the disposable wipes easier.

When I switched to cloth diapers and wipes I used all of the left over disposable wipes for quick clean-ups at meal times. After that I went back to my damp washcloth routine. :)

I use cloth wipes. I am currently using 24 baby washcloths that I bought locally. I make my own solution using punkin booty bits and store the wipes in a recycled disposable wipe container. I LOVE my cloth wipes - so much better than disposable.

On the rare occasion that all of the cloth wipes are in the wash, I use some of the baby wash cloths that I received as shower gifts. I like the terry cloth for its "grip." Also, I just wanted to sing the praises of the Northern Essence Foaming Wipes Solution (the lavender/tea tree oil free version). It is fabulous! Smells good and leaves baby's bottom squeaky clean!

commented again on the making your own wipes post. Now that pictures have been added, it is a lot more helpful! Once I get my second fabric, I'll start making some wipes myself, too!
