«Oldest ‹Older 201 – 400 of 666 Newer› Newest»I started out preferring aplix for fit but now I really do prefer snaps. They just last longer. My aplix dipes are only 8 months old but they already look so sad and the snap dipes look as if they were BRAND new!
APLIX! Although my oldest daughter can take them off if shes not wearing pants... my husband is snap deficient. So one leg will be loose while the other is having circulation cut off. He can properly use the aplix. lol so we stick with that.
I'm a snap girl. I seriously dislike the way the aplix washes. I even use the wash tabby's and I STILL have to pick loose stuff out of the velcro!

I was unsure about the snaps at first but now I LOVE them. With the few aplix diapers I have they seem to fold in a bit in the front and cause red marks on my baby's belly.

I prefer snaps because the don't get stuck together in the wash!
We're expecting our first child in June! Planning to use snaps - seems like they'll hold up best. We're planning to CD future children as well, so want to make sure to make a good investment!

snaps--I always forget to fasten the laundry tabs on my velcro diapers!
My first is due in October, but I think snaps will be my preference. It sounds like the aplix just doesn't last as long, and the sound it makes is just annoying to me anyway.

I feel like snaps last a little longer and usually go for snaps over the other but like to have the other for babysitters on hand
Fan on facebook- hope to win some fluff someday! :D Thanks for all the contests and info!
Long-term I think I will prefer snaps, but for now, with my chubby, squirmy, 9 mo. old, aplix are WAY more convenient and offer a better fit.
We prefer aplix because they are easier on Daddy & sitters & preschool....but harder on mommy for laundry! (Darn diaper chains!)
I love the hook/loop on the GroVia diapers, and I like the easily adjustable fit that the hook and loop give. That being said, I tend to buy the snaps, as I figure they will last a lot longer and not wear out.
I like Babykicks on fb and let them know you sent me ;-)

Definitely snaps! Aplix tends to get caught on the covers in the laundry and my 9 mo DS has discovered removing his aplix dipes!
I prefer snaps. My 11 month old takes aplix off faster than I can put on his pants!
Already a Babykicks fb fan.

It's all the same to me. I like aplix a lot but if its a cute diaper I'll buy it regardless of the closure! I've never tried side snaps but I think it'd be worth it on my potty training two and half year old.

Snaps! Less "parts" to keep up with!
I like the flexibility of hook and loop, but snaps are more durable. Right now I prefer the hook and loop, though, because of the way diapers are fitting my son.
I prefer snaps when I'm WASHING cloth diapers but definitely velcro for the perfect fit on my skinny son. :)

I think snaps would definitely hold up better than the Aplix.
I prefer snaps because I think they last longer, but I did enjoy the aplix for over-night diapers when my little one was only a few weeks old! It was a lot easier to get a custom fit before he filled out to a good size for our OS snap diapers :)

I like aplix, they are much easier to put on wiggly babies.
We just started our newborn in cloth and so far I really like Aplix, but I can definetly see that changing as he gets older. I think they each have their time and place.
I subscribe to the blog through blogger!

I like aplix because I think that you get a more custom fit. Although I have some with snaps too.
I'm due with my first in July, so I'm not sure yet. However, I plan on trying aplix at first and then getting snaps for larger sizes.

I loved aplix for the newborn stage, and the 'I'm too busy to lay still' stage. The snaps were really only super good for us for a few weeks when she was trying to take her diaper off, however, a life saver during those times! I prefer 'a mix!'

I prefer aplix definately with a little squirmy baby, but now that mine is getting older and able to pull it off Im liking the snaps more. He is still able to pull it off but I can usually get to him before its all the way off!
I prefer snaps now b/c my darling princess can yank velcro off in a heartbeat!
