aplix definitely! They don't wear as well, but with our skinny chicken, there would have been many leaks if we couldn't get them juuust the size we needed as she grew!

I prefer the snaps. I like the fit of aplix better, but I dont think they hold up as well as snaps, and the aplix irritated my LO's skin and leaves a rash.

I use snaps only. Admittedly I have never tried Aplix...but my research indicated that they just don't last very long. Plus, I've got a very inquisitive toddler who would consider it a personal mission to get them off if I were using Aplix.

I prefer snaps so they can't undo them. I always took of my disposable diaper when I was little so I want to make it even harder for my baby.

Thats a difficult decision for me. When they are little I prefer the aplix to get a tighter fit but once they are older I prefer the snaps because it is harder for them to get the diaper off.

I actually like both! The snaps are maybe more secure, but the velcro is so fast and easy. Plus, sometimes we have issues with wing droop on the front snap dipes (but you don't get that with the babykicks!)

Overall I prefer snaps: long-lasting, toddler proof, and fun. I do use aplix for daycare and at night to get a truly custom, snug fit.

I just got my 1st snap closure and i think i'll like it better in the long term. I'm still figuring out which setting fits the best. For the newborn stage i'm totally loving the aplix for the i haven't slept for mor than 20 min at a time middle of the night changes.

I haven't had the luxury of using cloth diapers yet, just starting....but everything I have on order is snaps. I'm hoping when we start cding our 21 month old will have a harder time undoing the snaps then the velcro, same with his brother due in July!!!
