These rules apply to the DiaperShops.com Buzzzzz Day Manufacturer Product Giveaway being conducted by DiaperShops.com, PO BOX 369 South Paris, ME 04281 ("Sponsor"). This Giveaway starts 12:00 AM EST November 23, 2012 and ends 11:59 PM EST November 23, 2012 ("Promotional Period").
ELIGIBILITY:
There is no purchase necessary to enter or win. Giveaway is open to individuals and owners of businesses 18 years or older who are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Employees of DiaperShops.com, its parent company, their subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children and siblings and their respective spouses) and individuals living in the same households of such employees are ineligible.

Releasees are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any giveaway-related materials; for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, postage-due, damaged, incomplete, inaccurate entries or mail, or for entries that are lost, misdirected, fail to enter into the processing system, or are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly or are lost for any reason including computer, telephone, paper transfer, human or other error; or for electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction or error, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this giveaway or downloading any materials in this giveaway, or inability to access any web site associated with this promotion, or process any action thereon.
