Since we just started using fluff 6 weeks ago, we haven't had anyone watch him since the switch. However, I'm hoping to go over how to use them when my sister and mother come to visit in March.

I usually leave pre-stuffed Bum Genius. Super easy and I deal with the dirty ones when I get home!
I usually have all my pocket diapers with velcro ready to go for someone watching the baby. My MIL just uses whatever diaper is available, she has no fear.

I use BG one size mostly. Love the simplicity and coziness of pockets with velcro for other people to use for changes, but also like the reusability of the flip cover system as we do some EC and I hate changing out a barely wet pocket! I am really interested in trying some other brands of diapers? Any recomendations? I gave half my stash to my pregnant sister when I got the flip system, and am missing them!
Usually pockets, although grandmas have been more brave lately and used trifolded prefolds and covers:-)

I set up pockets so they just have to change them, then when I get home I take care of the rest.( spraying them out if needed):)

Actually, most of the people who have watched our son besides us have been older (say, 50+), so they have used the prefolds and covers no problem! They are usually eager to show they still remember how and are excited to try the Snappi!

My daughter hasn't been out of my site for more than 12hours in her 15 months of existence. That being said, when she is with someone else I still us cloth. I just give whomever is watching her a quick class. Prefolds scare some people, gro baby/gro via's are my go to and bumgenius are easy for newbies.
Usually we just put our BGs or other stray AIOs in the bag for a babysitter, except my mom can handle the prefolds, so sometimes we just leave those in there if she's going to watch her.

i just have all my pockets stuffed or send all in ones. I don't have others watch my little men too often but all in ones seem the easiest for others.
Still waiting on my lo to be born... The plan is to have fitteds with thirsties covers until he fits the grovia aio os and various os pockets we have...
Still waiting on my LO ( any day now!! ) but I have KL0's and thirsties covers for dad and nanna to use until he fits the os aios we have
If it is my mom, I use cloth diapers; for everyone else, still use sposies

When someone else watches my son I usually leave pocket diapers that are all ready to go. These work great for just about anyone. On Sundays I always use bumGenius AIOs with aplix because if I don't use the simplest of the simplest diapers they don't always change my son.

We leave pre-stuffed pockets or AIOs when grandparents watch the baby. It's easy for everybody.
all cloth. i just quickly give a tutorial to my sitter. we use pockets - so they are easy anyway. we also use the E.C. method of early potty-training, and my sitter can normally tell when my 7-month-old has to potty.
