I just started with CD'ing with my 5 month old daughter and wish I had known how easy it was with my 2 yo son. I am kicking myself for the money we wasted, especially since the only diaper I would use was 7th generations. I would love to have that prize to help build up my stash, I am a SAHM so I have only been able to order a few diapers at a time and could use some more. I am an expectant mom and we will be cloth diapering- so I need all the help I can get as far as cloth diapers are concerned. Also, I grew up in the Oxford Hills and think the connection to Kelly's Closet is too cool!
We sacrifice quite a bit to be able to make the greenest decisions possible to minimize our impact on this wonderful world we've been blessed to live in. Luckily, cloth diapering is one of those things that is actually saving some money, but as our daughter grows, larger diapers would come in quite handy! :-)

I also just purchased 18 used FBs from someone online and the elastic is completely shot, the fleece is worn thin and she is not responding to my emails!! I went to have them repaired and after I paid for the shipping to send them away I was told that she could not repair them:( Something about she did not have anything to attach the elastic to, I guess the PUL and fleece were falling apart. UGH!

My son is 3 months old and we have been CDing since he was one week. We chose cding because we wanted to save money (my husband is on active duty in the United States Marine Corps so our budget is tight). Now we have found out that our son is allergic to disposeables and are always trying to add more simple diapers to our stash so that we don't have to use prefolds when we travel. We had originally planned to use disposeables for travel but cannot due to his allergy.

I should win because I am cloth diapering my 3 month old twins! We have been cloth diapering from the very beginning. I had wanted to cloth diaper since I was in high school (the early 90's), back before cloth diapering was becoming so popular. There was never a question about what we would choose when we got pregnant. Most of my family and friends thought I was crazy. They had pictures of pins and plastic covers in their heads. But they have all been amazed by the cloth diapers available today and some have even decided to give it a try now that they see it isn't hard. There have been lots of compromises in raising our twins, but cloth diapering has never been something we are willing to compromise on. Yes it means I have a couple of loads of diapers most days (my two boys go through LOTS of diapers a day!) but I don't mind. It is better for them, for our wallet, and for the environment. Winning this giveaway would help build our stash and be an amazing gift! Thank you for making this available to us!!!

WOW! I can't believe this giveaway Kelly! This would be a dream come true. We just started cloth diapering our 6 month old twin boys (Alex and Ben) about a month ago. The last time I cloth diapered was in 1995 with my now 16 year old youngest son (yes using pins, although we had a few of the then new covers with velcro!). Now my new husband & I (he is a first time dad) are expecting our first child together and I want to expose him & his family to the benefits of cloth diapering!!
I never thought I would use cloth diapers, but I have become the biggest advocate! They are so easy and so much more affordable and greener than disposables. Winning this contest would give me the ability to pass on a diaper or two to my friends for them to try and see that "it really is as easy and wonderful as I've been telling you!!" I would love to win because we have only used "used" cloth diapers. We have to do laundry each day to have enough. Also, I am working to repair some of the elastic on diapers which is not fun for this rudimentary sewer...but I try. New diapers would be so great. I'd get to spread out the laundry AND not have to worry about repairing them anytime soon.

I am a financially strapped mom of two. I have big dreams and teensy budget! I cloth diapered my son exclusively and he is now totally potty trained at 22 months. Unfortunately, I sold most of his diapers because we needed the money, and I don't have many left for our 3 months old daughter. I am a huge advocate for cloth and try to convert as many moms who will listen to me give the shpeal. I would love to have my little one in cloth full time and this package would get me there. Sadly though we just cannot afford to buy enough to get her through the day. We wash dipes in a coin operated machine and just cannot do it more than 1x every 2nd day.

I need these diapers because I only have 9 diapers in my stash and I have to wash EVERY SINGLE DAY - what a drag!! My husband is complaining that our water bill has gone up! HELP!!

I'm committed to CDing because of all of the junk in disposables, plus the expense and the amount of waste that goes to our landfills! However, I'm currently washing the dipes every other day, and we don't have enough wipes to last that long, so I'm resorting to scratchy washcloths or disposable wipes, which I try to wash and re-use. I can't get anything more until finances get better.

I've been CD'ing since my daughter was born 3 months ago. I'm still building up my stash (I'd love to have enough to NOT have to do laundry everyday). I started Cding my daughter when she was 6 months old. I have to say I love it and so does my husband even though he was resistant to it originally. Both my husband and I work full time and honestly cding is no problem at all, doesn't take up lots of extra time and it's completely worth it. I've even converted a bunch of other mama's! I would love a bigger stash because right now we are sharing our stash with two other couples on the block because they both lost their jobs and can't afford diapers. 90% of my diapers were bought used because we couldn't afford them and with 3 babies using the diapers (thank goodness for one size) we do wash every day, and I would love to have some without stains!

I cloth diapered my son from 8 months until now. He will remain in cloth until he no longer needs them. I am due any day with a baby girl that we are going to cloth diaper as well. I have done everything I can to ensure we get a nice diaper stash for her but money is very tight. These diapers would be wonderful as an addition to my son's or new daughter's diaper stash!

I regularly change diapers in public places and am always questioned about what I'm using since it's never a disposable. So far it's been cloth from the service, g diapers or our few Bum Genius. I'm moving towards entirely home cloth and am looking forward to representing when we're out!
I have 4 boys ages 5 & under. I had never used cloth until I found out I was pregant with my 4th baby & was going through with divorcing my (now ex)husband I had to quit my job because he worked there & there was alot of issues with that as well as me having pre-eclampsia so that left me with no money. I never knew how easy cloth diapering was going to be! I don't have the money to get truly started with cloth diapering & my son is now 5 months old (I also have a 2 yr old still in diapers)so I would love to win the prize!

I think I should get them because I bought a ton of small AIOs for my son only to have him outgrow them before I could use them! Now I need more one-size or size mediums! I'm doing everything I can to avoid paper on their bottoms (and mine) and any other paper products - not only is it cheaper in the long run, but it's so much healthier and better for the environment. But free diapers would be great for our skinny budget, too.
Oops, I just heard my son in the refrigerator (I really shouldn't have let him realize he could open the door!) so I better go!

I think I should win because money is tight and we just lost our secondary insurance, we have 2 special needs kids, one more than the other. We spend $90 a month JUST on the baby's asthma medication, insurance pays half of his prescription juice, so we pay the other $250. Then there are the 20% of all doctor bills. He sees 5 specialists.
Anyways I am a SAHM and just started cloth diapering to save money, and in the long run you save but to start the cloth diapering, it's expensive!

We only really have flats (and a couple panda tushies for nighttime) and my family wont do flats....if we had some pockets like this, they will use the cloth and we wont have to buy disposables for them :( .....BGs would also mean I wouldn't need disposables for nighttimes for my sons sensitive skin....we are in horrible shape financially (hence the flats only) and would really appreciate not having to buy any more disposables!
