The following post is written by Margarita McClure, owner of Blueberry and Swaddlebees. We currently don't have the Blueberry Minky Trainers in stock but they are on order and expected to stocked in our Kelly's Closet store in about 2 weeks. Margarita really went into detail with me when I inquired about this trainer and told me it is extremely absorbent and most likely the most absorbent cloth trainer on the market. Have fun reading!
"While we created the One Size Minky diapers for picky cloth diapering moms, the Blueberry Minky Trainers was created for the picky toddler, who, as we all know are at that age when they are starting to exercise their little opinions already.
Designed with an outer layer of waterproof minky in a variety of fun colors and prints, it is equipped with an inner layer of soft cotton velour and 2 generous hidden layers of absorbent microfiber terry in the wet zone. The cotton velour inner lets the baby feel it when they have wet to help facilitate potty learning. The gentle waist and leg elastics will enable your little one to pull the trainer up and down by themselves, to help foster independence.
This trainer is meant to catch a major accident, or several little ones. We used it a lot for overnights, when our youngest son would just be too sleepy to get up and go potty. We also used it for our eldest son, who, at around 2.5 yrs regressed for a few weeks to not wanting to go potty first thing in the morning after being dry all night (he was already night trained by 14 months). Both boys loved the ritual of picking out their night diapers before going to bed. They definitely loved the Minky Trainers and picked out a different print each night.
Several customers have also sworn by these Minky trainers, claiming them as their “workhorse trainers”. It’s also a good alternative to when you’re ready to start the potty training process, but not quite ready for regular underwear yet and still need the absorbency of diapers."

"Why do you want to win these trainers?"
Because the prints look super cute, super soft, and I'd LOVE to find a trainer to help me make potty training fun for my daughter (2.5 years old). A bonus if the trainer doesn't leak and keeps the puddles off my sofa! :)
"Why do you want to win these trainers?" Because I'd love to never buy a box of expensive Pull-Ups again! These are way cuter, way softer (-looking... we haven't tried them yet), and of course, environmentally friendly - hooray!

how awesome !! i so need some of these :) i posted comments on fluff friday .. we need to start PT soon :)
"Why do you want to win these trainers?"
I want to win b/c I am currently PL'ing my 2 yo son and having a horrible time with accidents in his underwear! I tried the bear-bottom method, too... but after three pee pee accidents in 30 minutes, I decided that wasn't for me just yet since we're trying to keep our house nice & clean to sell! ;) I don't want to use pull-ups or diapers and the CD's I have fit, but not well and he leaks through b/c he's an extremely heavy wetter and he is a big boy!
Hey girls... Have in mind that your comments most be posted on the other thread... If you guys think about it, that will give you two comments if you also comment here about this post.... Because you will comment with your answer PLUS you can comment here about the trainers, and then claim your extra comment for posting in another post.. Hope that makes sense!!
These are so cute. I'd love to try them out.
Why do I want to win these? Because they are so adorable, and before I know it *sob* I will be thinking about potty training my now nine month old daughter! I have been wanting to try anything blueberry anyway!
I think these would make an excellent gift as well because they are so lush and pretty, I think they would convince even the biggest sposie lover that cloth is the way to go!
These trainers are so cute! With 2 daughters who could wear these, they would be a great addition to our stash... I've been looking for something that will work for overnight!
These are so cute! They sound like they're just what my stubborn nephew needs to get excited about potty training.
i would like to win this cause one day i will need to potty train my son sure i have about a year but its never to soon to start stocking up! thanks
Wow! These trainers sound awesome!!! I can't believe she had her son night trained at 14 mo. Now I feel behind. LOL That's amazing!!!
Why I want the Trainers...
My DD is 15 mo. old and I am ready to get the ball really rolling on the whole potty training thing.
I have tried Gerber training pants a few times but I never take her out in them because They are not really absorbent at all & I don't like the noisy, not to mention ugly white vinyl covers.
I am so excited to see Blueberry Minky trainers!! Those have got to be the cutest trainers I've seen. I love my Minky diapers, and will probably have to add a few trainers to my stash at some point. Glad to see you will be stocking them soon.
"Why do you want to win these trainers?"
Because while we're "done" with daytime potty training (until the next baby anyway), we still need 'something' for naps & bedtime & my daughter is SO very motivated by pretty underwear! I'm doing disposable pull-ups (since i have no cloth trainers at the moment) for naps, but have to do diapers at night, which she's not too keen on... This would be the best of both worlds for her, pretty & night-time worthy. :)
This look so cute, my daught would love them! She loves to sleep in her underwear and those look so soft and cuddley:)
I would love to win these because we have a little guy over 2.5 and hopefully they would help with potty training. They sound wonderful!

Why do I want to win these trainers?
Because I've got a 3yo who is currently daytime trained, but still needs something at night. I've been putting him back in a diaper, but I know it's hard for him to have to be a "baby" and wear a diaper at all. I could also really use the trainers for when we go places like church on Sunday mornings so that I don't have to worry about accidents in his good clothes!
These are so cute. I have a few blueberry OS diapers and I had a newborn minky cover too! The quality cannot be beat!!
I'm really excited to see a minky trainer. I've got to get some of these for my 19 month old daughter. She is just starting to ask to use the potty & still has lots of accidents, so we've stayed in diapers, but with these she would have some big girl pants to strive for keeping dry!!!
This sounds like a great giveaway! These trainers sound great! They look so cute too. I would love to win these because I will be potty training soon since my daughter is 18 months and showing us signs that she will be ready soon to start potty training. I think that I am too afraid to start out potty training with only underwear!
"why do you want to win these trainers?"
Blueberry diapers are so adorable and the trainers seem to be the only diaper on the market that will fit the bill for my son's needs. He is potty trained by day, but not quite ready for using the potty every night. I plan on placing an order for a few of these and would love to win an extra!
We're sticking our toes into the PTing water (ick, lol) these would be great to help me bite the bullet!
thanks!
I would love to try these. I have a couple of other Swaddlebee/Blueberry products, and I'd love the chance to try out the Minky Trainers. I think my lo would love the minky, and we will hopefully be potty training soon. They'd be a great step in the right direction!
I'm potty training my daughter and these trainers look great! Super cute and soft for the little one, super practical for me! And I've been having a really bad week, so winning would make my day...
I would LOVE these to help soften my cding addition end when potty time comes all too soon. I would love to have them now though to show some friends in the midst of potty training try to get some converts! hehehe
I would love to win these trainers so that I could finally get my daughter potty trained, she is really into "cute" and "pretty" things and I think this would be a great incentive to get her fully potty trained. What a reward for a job well done!
WOW - What an awesome giveaway! I personally LOVE Blueberry diapers (haven't tried the minky yet - but I certainly do love their OS diapers with snaps!). I can only imagine how great these trainers would be!!!
Why do you want to win these trainers?
Because I have a very stubborn potty training child and would love to try anything new.

Why do I want to win these trainers?
My five year old son has had problems now for two years with night time bedwetting. He has been fine in daytime since he was three. At night, however, he just can't seem to wake up ... he never feels the need to go. We've tried everything: positive reinforcement, withholding beverages after a certain hour.. nothing helps. His father is very upset about the whole business. It would help for us to have some absorbant trainers.

Why do I want to win these trainers? OH MY GOODNESS! I have three in diapers (just graduated the fourth out of diapers, and it took a few months to accomplish, so I'm dreading starting the process yet again!)
The child up next for training is stubborn and "I don't care" about wetting all over herself and my house. And she thinks pooping in her pants is funny. But she does want to wear underwear and use the toilet! These trainers sound awesome. Up until now I wasn't interested in cloth trainers... thanks a lot... :-P
OMG, this is the coolest giveaway ever!!
My almost 3-year-old, not yet potty trained son is ADDICTED to Minky (the byproduct of going to work with me in a fabric store for the first two years of his life). In a classic Pavlovian reaction, every.single.time he's near Minky, his thumb goes in his mouth as if it's the most comforting thing around :)
I just bought my first Blueberry Minky diaper from your shop last week and he LOVES this diaper. He took one look at it and started snuggling with the diaper :) As soon as I prepped it, I put it on him and he was in love.

So, I think the Minky trainers would be the PERFECT way to get him to start loving potty training!!
Those are some of the cutest trainers I've seen. My baby is not quite old enough for them, but I would love to have some on hand for when the time comes.
I'd love to win one of these because they're super cute (unlike most trainers) and if they're also really absorbant then they seem like the coolest thing ever for over-night! Style+ function= who wouldn't want to win one?
I want these trainers for overnight! My toddler is day and nap trained but she floods the bed at night.

This is my fist visit to this website and I will definately be back. These minky trainers are adorable and look so comfy! My baby is not quite to PL yet, but I would love these for when she is! :)
"Why do you want to win these trainers?"
Because I have a stubborn 3yr old boy who is not interested in potty training because he thinks his brothers BG3s are "COOL"
"Why do you want to win these trainers?"
I love the prints, I want to reduce the amount of diaper/pull-up related waste coming from our household, my daughter breaks out in rashes from sposie pull-ups.
Oh those look so yummy LOL! I have found that with each of my older children that they all train differently. One liked underwear the other pullups. The one i am working with now does not have a preference. Who know what the baby will prefer, but i am guessng since he wears cloth now, he with probably prefer cloth trainers too!
I want to win these trainers because my grandson Jaxon will look super diaper adorable in them!

Thank you!!
Cause I'm sick of buying pullups! I cloth my baby so why not my lil one thats PTing? & I LOVE my blueberry diaper I have ;)
i would love to win these so i can potty train in cloth instead of pull ups from time to time, and plus the gerber pants leak!
Helllooo! This would be the answer to my prayers! I'm just starting to potty train my daughter (25 months) and I need alllll the help I can get. :)
