Oh my gosh! I seriously never realized how the FuzziBunz OS works! I guess I just assumed they work like the BG OS and all the other OS dipes out there with the snaps down the front.
I love that the adjuster is on the inside and I love the separate waist adjuster too! And the fact that you can replace the elastic?! Wow! That is amazing! I am SOOOO going to get at least one now!!

Adjusting the size via the leg casing buttons is really interesting.

Question -- if you can't adjust the rise of the diaper by snapping it up the front, don't you end up with a lot of bunched up fabric when you're diapering a newborn?

Neat! You should do a video on using the Kissaluvs Marvels, too. They don't have a rise either and were a bit complicated to try to fit onto an itty bitty baby.

Very instructive! I can't wait to try a fuzzibunz!So with the elastic size adjuster, after you adjust it to the perfect size, I'm assuming you don't need to adjust the size again after washing, only when your baby grows? Correct? That's cool!

Elizabeth: The diaper will likely be a tad bulky on a newborn - however, in all fairness most One Size diapers are bulky on a newborn regardless of how the rise adjusts.
When the rise is adjusted via the leg casings as is the case with the FuzziBunz OS - the extra fabric is evenly distributed (it "pleats" all over the diaper and not just up front as with the snap down rise adjustment diapers).

Sarahjenne - 9 times out of 10 when I've troubleshooted leaking issues with the FuzziBunz OS diaper it was the diaper was adjusted too big.
If you experience wing droops or gaps with the diaper then the setting is too large.

I wouldn't recommend trying to adjust the diaper for the first time at diaper changing time.
The best way to adjust the diaper is to take another great fitting diaper on hand and place it on top of the FB OS so you can adjust the FB to make the same size setting.
Then, once you find the right setting you can go and change the other diapers you may have without having to figure it out all over again.
Now, for those who don't have another diaper for size comparison - then yes, it's a bit of tedious trial and error until you find the right size. Thankfully, however, once you find the right size the challenging part is done and all you're left with is the tedious task of adjusting all the other diapers.

Ryan and Amy: Yes, once you adjust the diaper you don't have to readjust the diaper (only when you need to size it up as your little one grows).
Now, with that said - this diaper is better suited for the use with one child or two children who wear the same size settings. Otherwise, you'd need to have dedicated diapers for each child on a specific rise/setting because it would be a bit tedious having to change the settings to use between two children.
My favorite part of the FuzziBunz One Size is how well it fits (I don't have to deal with a rise that is too big or too small) and it's cosmetically appealing (no snaps all up and down the front of the diaper).

I LOVE the waist adjuster. I'm a mommy to a smaller waist, chunky thighed princess and this is the perfect diaper for her!
this diaper really is great! I have only one and wish for more. I wish I had the video when I first got it, I had to figure this all out by myself.
I like these diapers, but adjusting them is slightly tedious and somehow my son always ends up with red marks on his thighs.

What a well-made video! Very helpful, as I've never seen any Fuzzi Bunz (one size or other) in person. I like the clean look of no "adjustment" snaps on this diaper as compared to other one-size.

We have the Fuzzibunz OS and at first I had difficulty with finding the right size--with a lot of trial and error. But now that the fit is good, I love it because we don't have all those snaps along the front.

Thanks for the video! I just bought 6 OS FuzziBunz, and at the same time I bought 12 other diapers...and I'm wishing I had bought more FuzziBunz! I love them and I think the interior buttons are so ingenious. And I totally didn't realize that there was a button to adjust the back elastic! I'm so glad you pointed that out, I probably would have never noticed!
hi--i bought 12 of these diapers, but have yet to use them on my 13lb, tall 8 week old (we've been using prefolds with bummi wraps, which so far have been great). my question is how exactly do i get a smaller fit using the snaps--putting them right next to each other & not overlapping is a bit big, but overlapping all the way seems to make the diaper too small. Also, when i do make the diaper smaller via the snaps, the material in the front is all bunchy on my baby, and the side tabs that are directly against his body droop down. please help!!!
Anonymous: If the waist adjustment seems too big and you have to overlap the tabs but can't get them to fit quite right then I would highly recommend you adjust the back elastic to cinch in the width of the diaper a bit and this should help.
With regard to the "wing droop" - in my experience this is almost always because the diaper is just too big. Therefore you will want to adjust the rise of the diaper to be smaller.
For a great fit we recommend the diaper being at or just below the navel (I personally prefer about 1 - 1 1/2 inches below the navel for a trimmer fit).
With some minor adjustments to your current settings you will likely get a better fitting diaper and resolve these issues. If not, please contact us for further help!
I love my FuzziBunz one size diaper. I've had them for several months now and have adjusted them many times. They give the PERFECT fit for your little one which is great when you have an athletic, slim little guy like I do!
