BG onesize with Pampers as an emergency back up if I didn't bring enough cloth (oops!) or don't have laundering facilities available.
Posted a comment over on "wonderful wool" :o)
It depends on how long the car ride will be--short trips I will use flip, bum genius or thirsties. For longer trips I use pampers.

I am still building my stash. It's kinda small, so I pack all my FB, and the diapers I've sewn, plus a wetbag I sewed, and a handful of disposables. I'm always happy if I don't run out of cloth.

Order# KC-45306 placed 6/4/10. :)
We have been using disposables when traveling but I have been thinking of trying out our Flips with disposable linners on our next trip.
i have used a combination of disposable and cloth on our beach trip last year. But I am looking forward to trying out my new Grobaby liners in the future!
my 2nd order this week!

We use our GroBaby's (GroVia) all of the time - even when we travel. Just add a booster to keep her comfy.
We use our GB's all of the time - even when travelling. An extra booster or two keep our little one comfy.
When we travel I like to use my pocket diapers. It doesn't really matter the brand. Usually BumGenius or Nubunz.

I just recently started using CD when traveling... I never knew it was so easy! We use cloth at home, but I had a huge fear of carrying around "dirty" diapers. I use my Bum Genius when traveling with a flushable liner... flush the poo and away we go :)

On our last trip I used Gro Baby shells and biosoakers. They worked great and don't take up much space. I like having a friendlier disposable option for when i can't use cloth, plus they are still cute!
We use our AIO (several brands)diapers when traveling because they are they easiest and quickest way to change a diaper for us when traveling on the road with.

We sometimes bring disposables with us, especially when grandma will be babysitting because she can't quite grasp the cloth diapering idea. Otherwise, we bring our g diapers and bum genius since they are the easiest for on the go changes! :)

I like my flip diapers for traveling and a few pockets for the times I know my baby will poo. The hybrid dipes take up less space in the diaper bag, but the pockets make it easier to deal with poo when you're away from home.
I use a combo of disposable (long trips w/ space at a premium) and cloth (shorter trips and/or laundry access).
When we travel we just use the regular prefolds that we use normally. We stopped buying disposables when we started using cloth.
I'm following GroVia on Twitter.
I left a comment on the "Nighttime Diapering Issues" discussion.
We'll be doing our first vacation with cloth in August. I only have once diaper that's not a pre-fold, and I'm hoping to snag a few more here and there before vacation. I'd like to have pockets or AIO for at least the car-travel days. I don't mind prefolds for normal, everyday. We're going to be chilling at a hotel most of the time, and going to my BIL's wedding.

For the hybrid concept, we have tried Flip & SoftBums. Both are different, but we've had great results with both! I like the convenience of traveling with only inserts. We had a messsssy diaper the other day, and we wiped out the cover, replaced the insert with my older son's socks, and kept movin' - amazing.

Well this is my first trip with cloth diapers and it's been great so far. I have bumgenius 3.0 and they work great!
For long car trips, I use any pocket or AIO diapers I have which includes 2-3 brands, but my favorite is Mommy's Touch. I posted on "Topic: Help...long car trip, what's the best disposable option?!?!" as there didnt seem to be another appropriate topic to put this under pertaining to car trips.

usually use disposable with a liner on long trips!
Just started out and have not yet taken a trip. Would probably take a hybrid stash on vacation, as long as there are laundry facilities.

We're expecting our first right now, so no system (yet). Depending on the length of the trip, I imagine we will choose from a hybrid or seventh generation diapers.
We recently took a trip and used mostly Gro Baby covers with disposable inserts and I loved them! At night we used our reliable Blueberry diapers with a doubler, but during the day the Gro Babys were so easy.

I use cloth (mostly OS pockets and L AIOs) for short trips, 2-3 days, and disposables when it won't be easy to wash them.
We are just starting cloth diapering... and when we do travel, it will depend on the length of the trip... maybe covers with flushable pads??

I don't travel very much with my daughter, but when we go out for the day, I bring whatever is in my stash. Usually BumGenius pockets because they have velcro, and velcro is easier to use than snaps when you're out. When we're at home, I prefer snaps, though.
I have not done a lot of traveling since I started cloth diapering about a year and half ago. I have visited family over night here and there and with my oldest used gdiapers. With my baby girl I used our regular cloth diaper stash (BumGenius, Gdiapers, GAD's and Grobaby's). I am planning on using a mixture of GroVia and gdiapers when I travel this summer with my kids.
I commented on Need Help Choosing Swim Diaper in the Facebook dicussion tab
We haven't traveled too far yet, but when out and about I usually use a BG AIO, whether it be sized or Organic. If I know that a messy diaper is most likely coming when we won't be home I'll use 2 Flip Disposable Inserts in a Flip or Econobum cover and bring an AIO for after.
