When we went on a four day trip last week, we took all the generic prefolds and the various covers (econobum, proraps, wonder wraps) we had plus the couple of GroVia diapers we have. Since I don't have any extra GroVia soakers, once the soakers were dirty, I laid a prefold in them and they functioned like my other covers. (They're actually my favorite covers so far.) I'd love to have some extra soakers, though because they'd take up less space packing than prefolds.

For now, I'm using disposables when I travel (and most of the time actually) because I've been very slowly acquiring cloth (I have one Best Bottom w/ 3 inserts and one Smartipants and one on the way). I usually buy Pampers, but I will buy what I have coupons for. Hopefully I can work up to cloth diapering full time some day! Thanks for the giveaway. I think the biosoakers are a great option for traveling too.

I've used my normal cloth diapers (profolds so far and now adding pockets). Just bring along a wetbag and take care of it when you get back. It's not a problem.
Disposable. I need a hybrid diaper to try out.

I am using cloth diapering, hybrid and disposables. I use disposables when I travel along with some of the Grobaby hybrids with disposables that I have. At home I am still experimenting with what I like the most, but Grobaby and Fuzzibunz are my favorites so far.

We haven't travelled more than overnight - and then I used cloth. I think that for a long trip we might go to disposables (the ecological kind). But I don't know really.

Flat diapers with pins and covers, pocket diapers with hemp inserts for long car trips, occasionally disposable pampers cruisers or Up and Up if I haven't had access to a washer.
I use a hybrid system on the go like Flip, I would love to try GroVia!

We use disposables if we're going to be gone for more than a day. If it's just a quick day trip to G&G's house, then we stick with our BG 3.0s. Grandma loves to see him in his fancy bunders. *smile*

Since we're about a month away before our 1st arrives, and haven't actually had to do this yet, I plan to use AI2s - (ie: Grovia or Flips) for travel with biodegradable/disposable inserts.

Using my CD's for traveling this summer: I have Flips, BG pockets and Fuzzi Bunz. I'm very fortunate to have access to washers everywhere we're going and family who don't mind me doing diaper laundry. :)
I use disposables when we travel, Huggies size 4.

When I travel, I use AIO's (BG AIO OS organics) if I will have a washing machine to use during the trip or if it's a short trip. For long trips without facilities, I use sposies...and I do NOT like it!

We definitely use cloth while traveling. Mainly FBs and BGs.
I like Dream Eze AIOs for long car trips. We try to travel overnight anyway and the Dream Eze keep our LO more comfortable if we go a few miles between changes.
The rest of time while away from home we prefer regular AIOs (like BumGenius) for more ease and less bulk to carry. We recently got some GroBaby shells and snap in inserts and those are fantastic for on-the-go too.

We already travel with our GroBaby/GroVia shells and biosoakers. AMAZING! They are just as convenient as disposables, but still eco friendly AND you still get to use your CD. LOVE IT!
We currently use disposable Huggie diapers for any long traveling. If we are just going shopping or something that isn't greater than a day we use our cloth system (Best Bottom Diapers).
I was using gdiapers, but she has started leaking in them too often. The last couple of car trips I have used our FuzziBunz, but I have been wanting to get a GroVia to try.
GroVia is our main out and about diaper. We also use Happy Heinys but GroVia is less bulk to bring out. We are headed to the beach for 10 days in August and will only be bringing GroVia with!

My first is due in August, but I have considered traveling/babysitting issues when I decided I am going to cloth diaper and although I don't have any, I'd love to try GroVia! It sounds like the best hybrid-all in two diaper. You can buy disposable inserts to ease into cloth diapering, which is a relief to babysitters or vacationers, but you also have the option to use cloth inserts!
I normally use prefolds and covers, but when we're out and about I use bum genius or fuzzbunz.
