Hard question. For NB we had 27 xs diapers, 24 smalls. Now that my son has been wearing med for >1 yr we have more diapers bc I've tried other kinds. I'd say our usual stash is 30 diapers with other types hanging around.

I have a dozen GMD pre-folds in each size small, medium, large & extra large. I also have 10 fitteds 6 I made out of Cotton babies pre-folds (before washing,works best) 3 are infant size & 3 are large:) 2 are cloth-eez med. & lg. & 2 are os Snug to fit. Then I have 12 Thirstys duo wraps but,on 6 the pul went bad for some strange reason unknown to me. As for pockets I have 7 Bum genius,12 Kawaii,1 Knickernappies,1 Sweet pea,1 gro-baby,1 Dry-bees & 3 home made ones. I only have inserts for 12 of the pockets & stuff the others with prefolds. I am cloth diapering 2 kids, the small sizes have never been used, maybe future babies:) The sad thing is I just started cloth diapering 8 mos ago & went a little crazy shopping lol!
